Email Marketing Specialist

We're currently hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to join the marketing team of a rapidly growing U.S.-based direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce company recognized for its strong customer experience and subscription business. What you'll do Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using Klaviyo. Create and optimize automated lifecycle flows including Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, Cross-Sell, Loyalty, and Re-engagement. Execute segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, and A/B testing. Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize engagement, conversion, and revenue. Partner with Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and E-commerce teams to deliver high-impact customer experiences. Ensure campaign quality through testing, QA, and deliverability best practices. What we're looking for 2–4+ years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM Operations, or Lifecycle Marketing. Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, reporting, and automation). Experience working with DTC, e-commerce, subscription, or consumer brands. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and behavioral segmentation. Experience using data to optimize campaigns and customer journeys. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email editing. Advanced English (C1). Nice to have Experience with HubSpot, Braze, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms. Knowledge of email deliverability and CRM integrations.
