Managing billions in media, our dynamic team––of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts and technologists––challenge traditional ways of planning and measurement through meticulous testing and data science across each milestone of the customer journey. *This is a remote opportunity open to current college students enrolling in an internship course for college credit Position Title: Email & SMS Marketing Intern Internship Term: Fall 2026 Compensation: College credit [MUST be enrolled in college course] Desired Fields of Study: Digital Marketing, Advertising, Analytics Hours Desired: 15-20/week A day in the life: The Email & SMS Marketing Internship is a hands-on internship where you’ll have the opportunity to get real-world email & SMS marketing experience in a fast-paced, super fun environment. You’ll learn the inner-workings of email & SMS campaigns and automations and how all of the moving pieces fit together to make a lifecycle program successful. If you’re a quick learner with a positive attitude, then this is the perfect internship for you! Responsibilities: Understand lifecycle marketing best practices, strategies, and processes Learn how to execute email & SMS campaigns within multiple different lifecycle platforms Create email & SMS campaign calendars for a variety of clients Write custom email & SMS copy to speak to different groups of contacts Segment campaign audiences based on past customer behavior and demographic data Build out targeted customer journeys based on previous site activity and purchase data Analyze email & SMS performance and report on findings while providing strategic recommendations for the future Optimize the lifecycle user experience based on learnings from performance data and A/B testing results Assist the lifecycle team with ad hoc projects including reporting, execution, copywriting, etc. Participate in end of semester project to demonstrate learnings in a client deliverable format Role Requirements: Strong interest in a career that blends creativity and analytics Excellent oral and written communication skills Outstanding editing and proofreading skills Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks Must be detail oriented Must have a passion for storytelling Must be enrolled in a course at a college or university and receiving credit for their participation in this internship program Benefits & Perks: Monthly & quarterly team bonding activities Fun, savvy, and hard-working team(s) Full-remote flexibility Power Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
