Job Purpose & Description The Embedded AI Transformation Senior Manager is responsible for leading and orchestrating Embedded AI transformation programs across the enterprise, ensuring the successful delivery, adoption, and scaling of AI-enabled solutions that generate measurable business value. This role serves as the primary coordination point between business functions, enterprise application teams, AI experts, technology partners, and external vendors. The position oversees complex initiatives that span multiple business domains, geographies, and platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and transformation objectives. The role requires a strong combination of program leadership, business process understanding, and technology awareness to drive AI initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, finance, and corporate functions. Success is measured by execution excellence, business adoption, value realization, and the ability to scale AI capabilities across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end AI transformation programs, from planning and governance through deployment, adoption, and value realization. Manage portfolios of AI initiatives across multiple business domains, regions, and enterprise platforms. Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI Architects, Data Scientists, Product Managers, Application Teams, System Integrators, and Business Stakeholders. Ensure alignment between AI roadmaps, business priorities, and enterprise transformation objectives. Govern program scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting. Drive AI enablement across enterprise platforms and digital ecosystems, including ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Analytics, and other business-critical applications. Support the implementation of AI solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, commercial, customer service, engineering, and finance processes. Establish and monitor KPIs, business outcomes, and value realization metrics. Lead adoption and change management activities to maximize user engagement and sustainable business impact. Identify opportunities to scale successful AI solutions across functions, plants, business units, and geographies. Facilitate executive decision-making through clear communication of program progress, risks, achievements, and expected benefits. Promote delivery excellence, governance discipline, and continuous improvement across the AI transformation portfolio. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines. MBA or Master's Degree is considered a plus. 10+ years of experience in program management, digital transformation, enterprise application delivery, or large-scale business transformation initiatives. Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs within global organizations. Experience managing initiatives involving multiple business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners. Exposure to AI, Advanced Analytics, Intelligent Automation, or enterprise innovation programs. Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within manufacturing and industrial environments. Knowledge of cable manufacturing operations and value chain dynamics is highly desirable. Familiarity with domains such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, and Engineering. Good understanding of enterprise application landscapes, including platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Kinaxis, Qlik, MES, and related technologies. Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, and Data & Analytics concepts. Ability to connect business objectives, technology capabilities, and measurable business outcomes.
