Our people provide the insight that leaders need to navigate today's complex geopolitical landscape. It's meaningful work, with high-profile clients and real-world stakes – and that's what makes it so rewarding. We're innovative, entrepreneurial, and growing fast, which means genuine opportunities to take on complex challenges, work with cutting-edge technology, and build your career, whatever stage you're at. Everyone brings something different to the table, and we want that reflected in how we operate. Our roles suit a wide range of working styles, personalities, and interests, and we invest heavily in our managers so that every person gets the support they need to do their best work. We're looking for people who are ambitious, discreet, and sharp, with strong integrity and a genuine curiosity about the world. If you're comfortable with uncertainty, energised by complex problems, and passionate about global affairs, we'd love to hear from you. Position Summary As an Embedded Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring the safety and security of our client’s employees and assets worldwide, reporting directly to the embedded Team Lead. In this role, you will assist Regional Intelligence Analysts in producing finished intelligence products. These products inform business decision-makers and support incident management for the client’s internal operations. You will also engage directly with stakeholders to interpret requirements, provide immediate support and consulting, and leverage additional resources from the core Sibylline team. This is a cross-functional position that partners closely with other teams and corporate stakeholders. Essential Functions / Responsibilities Maintaining situational awareness and collecting and analyzing information to ensure the safety and security of our client’s people, buildings, and operations. Detecting and assessing threats and incidents and determining their impact on our client. Using open-source intelligence (OSINT) sources and internal databases to produce tactical intelligence. Using OSINT sources and internal databases to conduct investigations into persons of interest. Writing and distributing notifications and daily and weekly products. Assisting in the management of incidents and emergencies at the client’s sites around the globe. Triaging incidents and threats quickly and effectively. Monitoring company events and the safety of employees. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven ability to produce high-quality intelligence products under tight deadlines, while maintaining long-term strategic assessments. Ability to collect intelligence and track threats and geopolitical developments that directly or indirectly impact the client’s assets, personnel, and global interests Strong analytical and research skills, with native-level English proficiency and the ability to write and edit quickly and accurately. Deep understanding of global geopolitical, security, and social dynamics; fluency in regional languages is a plus. Experience working independently and managing sensitive investigations with minimal supervision. Skilled in collaborating across service functions (e.g., IT, HR, Legal) and thriving in multicultural environments. High integrity, initiative, and attention to detail, especially when handling confidential information. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings. Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to tailor communications to diverse audiences. Advanced proficiency in G Suite and data analysis tools; capable of visualising complex information effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, International Relations, Criminal Justice, Business Management, or a relevant field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience. Master’s degree, preferred 2+ years of relevant work experience in fields such as global security, intelligence, research and analysis, or in a security operations centre Foreign language proficiency a plus. Interview Process Initial call with our Talent Acquisition team member Timed written assessment (arranged at a time that suits you) to test writing and analytical capability Panel interview with some of the team members and hiring managers at Sibylline Meet and Greet with the client Research indicates that certain groups are less likely to apply for a position unless they meet every single requirement. If you feel you meet some of the requirements and can offer a unique perspective to this role, we strongly encourage you to apply—you might be the perfect fit we're looking for! Sibylline is committed to the recruitment and selection of candidates without regard for sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, age, political beliefs, culture, and lifestyle. We are committed to fostering a business culture that reflects these values and promotes equal opportunity.
