Job title: EMEA Events Manager Location: UK Homebased We have an exciting opportunity for an EMEA Events Manager to join our Regulatory Services Stream. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating a portfolio of Regulatory Services events across EMEA, covering Product Certification, Artificial Intelligence and Medical Devices. The role works closely with EMEA Marketing and Commercial teams, Global Marketing, subject matter experts and external partners to deliver high-quality events that support business objectives and client engagement. Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end delivery of an agreed portfolio of EMEA RS events, including conferences, trade shows and BSI-owned events. Assess potential EMEA opportunities and prepare clear recommendations, outline business cases and delivery requirements. Develop and manage detailed event plans, timelines, roles, milestones and dependencies. Coordinate venues, production, suppliers, speakers, staffing, registration and on-site delivery. Build effective working relationships with the EMEA marketing and commercial teams, technical subject matter experts and relevant BSI functions. Manage agreed event budgets, including forecasting, approval tracking & purchase orders. Monitor KPIs and prepare clear event performance reports covering event impact, colleague & client feedback and lessons learned. Travel requirements: The post holder will need to travel approximately 25% - within EMEA. To be successful in the role, you will have: At least three years’ relevant experience in event management, including physical, virtual or hybrid events. Experience taking ownership of conferences, exhibitions and events from planning through to evaluation.
