What you’ll do As an Emergency and Continuity Management Advisor, you will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive and customized programs. While working closely with others in the team, you will: Do intellectually satisfying work while creating positive change in industries and communities Interface with clients on administrative and coordination matters, and any other client-facing deliverables as assigned Support ongoing projects at various stages under the leadership of CCEM's Project Leads and Senior Personnel, including: Assessments of clients’ existing emergency management and business continuity programs Gap analyses against industry standards and regulations Supporting the development and facilitation of emergency and business continuity training and exercises, preparing timely reports to capture training outcomes and learnings to drive continuous improvement for clients Preparing for and participating in post-incident debriefs with clients Proactively conduct research, analyses and take appropriate measures to correct problems within the scope of responsibilities Travel as needed to client sites and to participate in engagement workshops, training and exercises (up to 10% depending on business needs) Uphold CCEM’s established level of excellence in every deliverable What we offer The work we do is as important and demanding as it is impactful and rewarding.
