Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter (as this is a fully remote position), and will be able to manage multiple clients with relative ease. This is a Remote position available in the United States. What you will be doing: Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance. Follow the tuition policy of all our corporate clients. Proof grades and receipts against submissions and client requirements. Ensure appropriate tuition discount is applied to invoices prior to submission for payment. CRM Processing of Cases and Help tickets submitted by employees. What we hope you will bring to this role: A minimum 2 years of customer service. Auditing experience and a BS/BA degree preferred. High level of computer proficiency is essential. Must possess strong interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Proven ability to learn and utilize proprietary software and reporting tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
