Responsibilities Take responsibility for the timely procurement, review and validation of energy and consumption data Ensure reliable, high-quality execution of billing processes Handle customer enquiries and support changes to contracts, tariffs and master data Work closely with internal stakeholders in Sales, Operations and Support Contribute to process optimisation, small-scale automation projects and ongoing improvement initiatives Support the integration of new customers, services and systems Profile and requirements Completed technical or commercial vocational training Interest in the energy industry, data management or billing processes Structured, reliable and solution-oriented approach to work Enjoy working with different teams and stakeholders Very good command of German and good command of English French language skills are an advantage Ideally, experience with ERP, CRM or billing systems Knowledge of energy, property or ancillary-cost management is an advantage, but not a prerequisite Even if you do not yet meet all the requirements, we would be delighted to receive your application.
