Team Leader Energy & Power and Casualty Claims We are seeking a Team Leader to join our Energy & Power and Casualty Claims Advocacy team at Marsh Pacific. This role can be based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role supports the Head of Energy & Power and Casualty Claims Advocacy and plays a key part in leading the team, managing client relationships and delivering high-quality claims advice. You will work with clients, brokers, insurers and internal teams to resolve complex claims issues and support business growth. The role also involves coaching team members, improving processes and contributing to a collaborative claims environment.
