Is this job info correct?

Huron helps its clients drive growth, enhance performance and sustain leadership in the markets they serve. We help healthcare organizations build innovation capabilities and accelerate key growth initiatives, enabling organizations to own the future, instead of being disrupted by it. Together, we empower clients to create sustainable growth, optimize internal processes and deliver better consumer outcomes. Health systems, hospitals and medical clinics are under immense pressure to improve clinical outcomes and reduce the cost of providing patient care. Investing in new partnerships, clinical services and technology is not enough to create meaningful and substantive change. To succeed long-term, healthcare organizations must empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates and communities to build cultures that foster innovation to achieve the best outcomes for patients. Joining the Huron team means you’ll help our clients evolve and adapt to the rapidly changing healthcare environment and optimize existing business operations, improve clinical outcomes, create a more consumer-centric healthcare experience, and drive physician, patient and employee engagement across the enterprise. Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future. This resource will support the execution, operational excellence, and continued maturation of Engagement Health (EH), a program designed to help Healthcare consulting projects achieve positive outcomes for clients and teams. The role will focus on project execution, implementation of EH processes, QA operations, project health follow-up, reporting administration, data management, and continuous improvement of project-level quality processes. The Associate/Sr. Associate will coordinate activities, administer processes, synthesize feedback, support adoption of reporting enhancements, and recommend improvements while escalating complex or sensitive items to program leadership as appropriate. Key responsibilities Support project onboarding activities, including EH touchpoints, readiness tasks, documentation, stakeholder communications, and follow-up needed to ensure consistent program execution. Assist with QA operations and compliance management across healthcare consulting engagements, including process administration, tracking, documentation, and completion of required steps. Support project health follow-up and intervention activities by monitoring indicators, documenting risks or concerns, coordinating next steps, and helping prepare materials for program leadership review. Maintain EH data sources, reporting tools, dashboards, and automation efforts to improve reporting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. Execute operational processes supporting EH programs, ensuring activities are completed in accordance with established standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Support contract, audit, and governance-related activities by gathering documentation, coordinating responses, tracking requirements, and maintaining accurate records. Administer survey operations, including NPS, PES/AIMES, Capability Reviews, and other feedback mechanisms, ensuring timely execution, data capture, and stakeholder follow-up. Support adoption and implementation of reporting enhancements, dashboards, process improvements, and new program capabilities across project leadership teams. Identify and recommend opportunities to improve project-level quality processes, strengthen consistency, increase adoption, and reduce administrative friction. Prepare clear summaries, slides, and supporting materials for program leadership, EH Champions, capability leaders, and executive readouts. Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, templates, training materials, and knowledge resources to support onboarding and consistent execution. Use available tools, including Microsoft business products, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Power BI, and AI tools, to organize information, support reporting, and improve execution efficiency. Recognize escalation needs, communicate appropriately, and provide recommendations on potential paths forward while partnering with the Manager/Program Lead on complex or sensitive items. Candidate requirements Highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can absorb, structure, and synthesize detailed information. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex feedback into concise, audience-ready summaries. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative inputs and identify patterns. Comfort working on complex issues within defined program parameters, with limited oversight as experience grows. Ability to determine resource needs, prioritize work, coordinate across stakeholders, and keep action items moving. Sound judgment to identify issues, assess urgency, and escalate appropriately when leadership involvement is needed. Ability to make recommendations to program leadership based on data, stakeholder input, and program priorities. High degree of comfort using Microsoft business products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Power BI experience preferred. Ability to independently learn new tools and databases, including leveraging AI such as Copilot. Experience in consulting, project delivery, client success, operations, quality assurance, or related healthcare/client service environments preferred. 3-5 years providing consulting services in a project-based environment. Candidates may live anywhere in the contiguous U.S.; this is a non-billable, no-travel role. Bachelor's degree required. Current permanent US work authorization required.
