The Role As an Engagement Manager in our Events Business Consulting practice , you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value. Events are highly regulated, strategic interactions like Speaker Programs, Advisory Boards, and Congresses that offer a depth of engagement unmatched by digital touchpoints. Our Business Consultants help identify and optimize bottlenecks across the entire event lifecycle to establish a scalable and compliant operating model. By shifting the focus from operational checklists to strategic execution, we integrate events into the end-to-end commercial journey to drive meaningful HCP relationships. What You'll Do Strategic Delivery: Act as the end-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale, and global engagements Account Leadership: Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins and driving long-term account strategy People Leadership: Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously, fostering a culture of excellence Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary point of contact for project health and commercial success Practice Building: Support brand-building activities and the development of internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront of the industry Requirements Experience: 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred) Leadership: Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in HCP engagement strategy, HCP educational programs, commercial operations, omnichannel and/or marketing excellence are preferred Mindset: A highly analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher Nice to Have Deep knowledge of Veeva products Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions The Process Our process is different than most. It is designed to be fast, efficient and respectful. Here are the steps: You submit your resume, short cover letter of questions, and take a personality assessment Within 5-10 business days, we will notify you via email if we would like to go to the next step or not The next step is a 45-minute interview with a leader of the practice, followed by a job history interview and case exercise. You can work from home or the office on any given day Compensation Base pay: $85,000 - $210,000 The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
