Position: AIS Engineer (Google Cloud)

Work Location: 100% Remote

Working Hours: Brazilian business hours or GMT-5, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

1. Language: Advanced or fluent English and Spanish. Both languages are mandatory, as the professional will communicate directly with clients and international teams.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced AIS Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform and Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions to support digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across Latin America.

The professional will be responsible for designing and implementing production-ready Agentic AI solutions using technologies such as Vertex AI, Agent Development Kit, Agent Engine, LangChain, and multi-agent architectures.

This position requires a senior technical and consultative profile, with the ability to engage directly with clients, executive stakeholders, global teams, and sales organizations. The professional must understand business challenges, translate them into technical solutions, and act as a trusted advisor throughout cloud modernization and Artificial Intelligence adoption journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise clients on digital transformation initiatives and cloud technology adoption.

• Define application, data, and solution modernization strategies using Google Cloud Platform.

• Design and implement production-ready Agentic AI solutions.

• Develop solutions using Vertex AI, Agent Development Kit – ADK, Agent Engine, and LangChain.

• Design intelligent workflows and multi-agent system architectures.

• Support Machine Learning initiatives, including feature engineering, data validation, and model monitoring.

• Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients.

• Lead technical, strategic, and executive workshops.

• Identify business requirements and translate them into technical architectures and solutions.

• Support clients in defining strategic roadmaps for Google Cloud and Artificial Intelligence adoption.

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities.

• Contribute to the development and presentation of value propositions, innovative solutions, and business cases.

• Support clients in defining project success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Provide visibility into cloud consumption, solution adoption, and achieved outcomes.

• Support the validation of the technical and business benefits generated by implemented solutions.

• Work with multinational clients, global teams, and multicultural environments.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform – GCP.

• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI.

• Knowledge of Google Agentspace.

• Experience in cloud solution architecture.

• Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions.

• Knowledge of Agentic AI and implementation of intelligent agents.

• Experience with Agent Development Kit – ADK.

• Experience with Agent Engine.

• Hands-on experience with LangChain or equivalent frameworks.

• Knowledge of multi-agent systems.

• Experience building agentic workflows.

• Knowledge of Machine Learning.

• Experience with feature engineering and feature definition.

• Knowledge of data validation processes.

• Experience with model monitoring.

• Knowledge of Feature Store management.

• Experience with model lifecycle management.

• Strong consulting experience or direct engagement with clients and stakeholders.

• Proven experience in digital transformation and cloud adoption programs.

• Experience leading technical implementations for enterprise clients.

• Experience working in enterprise environments.

• Ability to lead executive workshops.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Willingness to travel approximately 40%.
