We are looking for an Engineer, Bridges & Civil Structures to join our team. As a Structural Engineer within our Bridges & Civil Structures team, you will contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference. You will collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams, supporting the design and detailing of bridge and civil structures while helping deliver innovative and sustainable engineering solutions. What will you do? We know the work we do is vital in assisting Aurecon's business globally. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’. Undertake the design and detailing of bridge and civil structure projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex engineering challenges. Support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion. Provide technical input and engineering advice on infrastructure projects. Contribute to practical, resilient, and innovative engineering solutions. Work closely with onshore and offshore design and modelling teams to ensure quality project outcomes. Apply advanced engineering analysis and optimization techniques to enhance project performance. Deliver high-quality engineering outputs that support informed decision-making. Participate in digital engineering workflows and maintain project documentation in line with project requirements. Firstly, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to varying request. Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills. You will also need the following capabilities: Qualifications Recognized Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience in bridge and/or civil structures design. Experience working with Australian or New Zealand design standards is preferred. Experience using structural analysis software such as MIDAS Civil and/or Space Gass is preferred. Strong understanding of digital engineering workflows and documentation practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills. Ability to think strategically, challenge assumptions, and see the bigger picture. Progress toward attaining CPEng status is highly regarded. Demonstrated track record of delivering practical and impactful engineering outcomes. At Aurecon, we know every career adventure is unique.
