Job Description Provide L1/L2 support for AVD related issues, including connectivity, login, and basic performance concerns Assist with day to day monitoring of AVD host pools, workspaces, and virtual machines Support the setup and configuration of virtual machines (VMs) and user profiles (FSLogix) under supervision Help troubleshoot and document common AVD issues, escalating complex cases to L2/L3 support Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for AVD updates and new application integrations Support basic AVD monitoring tasks (performance, capacity, availability checks) Help apply routine patches and updates to AVD components as directed Maintain and update knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides Collaborate with senior engineers on new site assessments and onboarding activities Learn and apply Azure fundamentals (Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Networking) in a live production environment Qualifications Bachelors - Computer Engineering, Bachelors - Database Management, Bachelors - Information Systems, Bachelors - Information Technology, Bachelors - Network Engineering Certifications Blockchain Technology & Management - Amity Future AcademyAmity Future Academy Required Skills Agile Methodology, Apple Mac OS, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Cloud Assessment, Cloud Strategies, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, IBM AIX, IBM Rational ClearCase, Inclusion, Microsoft Azure Advanced Threat Protection, Oracle WebLogic, Personal Effectiveness, Storytelling Language English Language Proficiency - Proficient - C2 Additional Job Location - Job Type Regular Master Skill List - Infrastructure Services N Remote Type - Hybrid Work Shift - Rotating (United States of America) The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is: 50,000 to 62,500 USD “Los Angeles California-based candidates are not eligible for this role” The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
