Position Key Responsibilities As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented engineers to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge software solutions. Our team is passionate about our customers and committed to delivering high-quality products that make a difference. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Product Management: Understand your customers and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of changes to the product spaces you own, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring best practices in software development and operational excellence. Collaboration: Work closely with different teams and functions, including product management, design, and operations, to align on goals and deliverables. Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of team members. Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process to attract and retain top engineering talent. Qualifications Experience: 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C# and .NET and experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure or Google Cloud). Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering complex projects. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high-growth tech company or startup environment.
