We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Accounting engineering team: the engine room that keeps our entire financial platform clean, accurate, and battle-tested. This isn't a maintenance role. It's a builder role — one where AI-first thinking, financial rigor, and technical leadership converge to reshape how venture capital actually moves. What you'll do Help build the world's easiest-to-use financial platform Learn the venture financing business inside and out - from the ground up. Attract, develop, and maintain a high level of talent density for your team. Cultivate an environment where team members are empowered with a strong sense of ownership and belonging. Drive key technical decisions for the organization. Ship every day. What you bring 2+ years managing engineering teams, with a bias toward action and delivery Experience in a numbers-intensive domain — accounting, payroll, invoicing, or similar Comfort with ambiguity; you make good decisions fast, without waiting for perfect information A builder's instinct — you've started something (a company, a project, a movement) without being asked A genuine love of startups and what they represent How we'll know you're crushing it Stakeholders are aligned and technical direction is clear Your team is growing — in skill, in confidence, in ownership Complex projects ship on time, at a high bar for quality and reliability Working Here If you don’t meet every requirement above, we still encourage you to apply. We’re building our engineering and product teams around this hub to make the most of in-person collaboration. We have a hybrid in-office model: teammates come in at least 2 days per week (Tuesdays and either Wednesday or Thursday). Compensation: The compensation for this role consists of a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity package. The base salary for this role is $240,000+ annually but actual will vary based on a number of factors including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location.
