Engineering
Manager – Full-Stack Development

Required Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•
9+ years of
software-engineering experience, including at least 2 years in an Engineering
Manager or similar leadership role.
•
Experience managing remote or
geographically distributed development teams.
•
Strong technical experience in
at least two of the following technologies, with the ability to oversee
solutions across the others:
–
C# and .NET
–
Java and related frameworks
–
Ruby and Ruby on Rails
•
Strong experience with AWS
services and cloud-native application architecture.
•
Experience designing and
delivering full-stack web applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed
systems.
•
Understanding of relational and
NoSQL databases, data modelling, performance optimization, and system
integration.
•
Experience with Git-based
development, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
•
Working knowledge of
containers, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and
application observability.
•
Strong understanding of
software security, scalability, availability, and performance.
•
Demonstrated success delivering
enterprise software within defined timelines and quality expectations.
•
Excellent leadership,
stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication
skills.
•
Ability to work remotely with
consistent availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
•
Good to have:
