Our mission is to enable meaningful lives through smart finance solutions. “We are reinventing how people create and grow their wealth, by changing the way people save, invest, and manage their investments.” About the Team The Engineering Manager for Digital Growth is responsible for leading the engineering team that delivers customer-facing digital experiences across GBM's public website and mobile applications to drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and customer growth. This role partners closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Growth, Customer Acquisition, and Customer Engagement teams to deliver high-impact initiatives while ensuring engineering excellence, predictable delivery, and a high-performing team. The Engineering Manager collaborates closely with other engineering teams to ensure consistency across customer experiences. In a typical week you will Lead the Digital Growth engineering team and support the delivery of business-critical initiatives. Ensure high engineering quality, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and operational excellence. Partner with the Home Engineering Manager to align technical direction and architectural decisions. Coach, mentor, and develop engineers through continuous feedback and career growth. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Support hiring and onboarding activities. Build an inclusive and high-performing team. Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver customer value. Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Acquisition, and Engagement teams on roadmap planning and execution. Balance business impact, technical complexity, and engineering sustainability. Ensure predictable delivery of commitments. Identify risks and dependencies early. Drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement. Monitor delivery metrics and team health Requisites: 6+ years of software engineering experience. 2+ years leading engineering teams. Experience working with Product Managers and Designers. Experience building customer-facing digital products. Experience working with multiple business stakeholders. Experience delivering web and mobile applications. Nice to have experience in fintech, e-commerce, or digital growth teams.
