Filigran solutions are now trusted by over 6,000 public and private organizations worldwide. 🎯 The Role Briefly describe the team environment and collaboration style: You report to the Director of Engineering and work closely with other Engineering Managers to ensure the alignment of practices and the well-being of the Software Engineering Team globally You work closely with Product Management, and Staff Engineers to be able to plan correctly and ensure the correct pace of your software team You must mentor and guide your team in their career path and shine at their most at Filigran 🧬 Profile We’re Looking For Summarize the key qualifications, skills, and mindset expected: 3+ years of experience in team management, bonus if it’s in a start-up or scale-up environment Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment Previous experience working with AI tools is not required. However, a strong willingness to embrace AI and use it as part of your day-to-day work is essential. Strong technical background with extensive experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in Java/Spring and React (experience with Rust is also a plus).
