Reduces downstream incidents, audit risk, and support burden through disciplined QA practice and consistent application of release standards. Collaborates with Operations teams to ensure that quality standards and release criteria reflect operational realities and support burden thresholds. Process & Continuous Improvement Identifies opportunities to improve engineering delivery processes and QA practices, recommending and implementing solutions that increase throughput and reduce operational rework.
