Collaborate with the best As Engineering Senior Specialist - Customer Application Engineering, with Reciprocating Compressor Application, you will be responsible for: Leading the preparation and management of technical proposal relevant to Reciprocating Compressor applications with a critical approach to maximize value proposition for Customer. Leading the definition of the technical strategy of the project thus influencing Customer towards Baker Hughes solutions. Taking care of the estimation/accuracy of the budget associated with the proposed solution. Preparing, within the required timeline, the most compelling technical proposal at first submission. Applying product and quality policies, addressing, and mitigating any residual risk as per Baker Hughes procedures. Leading the technical negotiation, coordinating with supporting functions and attending to meeting/presentation with Customer. Handing over the technical contract to execution team in case of award in the smoothest way achievable. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you will Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Have experience in Engineering, Application Engineering, Product management, Customer Service, or equivalent technical role for at least 5 years. Be fluent in English (spoken and written) with good communication skills. Have a willingness to work on stretched deadlines with flexible time management. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously with solid time management. Be available to travel at short notice. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Capability to work in team and ability to take decisions independently. Be very open to work in multicultural teams and be open-minded.
