Role Description:

The Enrollment Advisor (Sales Representative) is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding prospective students and families through the enrollment process for Mathwhiz Academy’s online math programs. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, explaining course offerings and benefits, and conducting needs-based consultations to recommend suitable classes.

The person in this role will manage leads, follow up consistently, and use a structured sales process to convert prospects into enrollments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, providing excellent customer service before and after enrollment, collaborating with the academic team on student placement, and meeting or exceeding enrollment and revenue targets.

• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to explain program details and address concerns in a confident, engaging manner.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing techniques, with a focus on meeting enrollment goals.
• Candidates should possess Critical Thinking skills to understand individual learner needs, offer appropriate solutions, and handle objections effectively.
• Relevant experience in education sales, admissions, or customer-facing roles in online learning environments is beneficial.
• Comfort with remote work, digital tools (CRM systems, video conferencing, and messaging platforms), and basic data entry and reporting is preferred.
• A background in education, counseling, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
• Ability to work scheduled hours that align with prospective student availability, including occasional evenings or weekends if required.
