As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards, our Enrolment team plays a vital role in ensuring that candidates meet the requirements to begin their professional journey with RICS. We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join the team and help maintain the integrity and quality of our enrolment processes.
Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As an Enrolment Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating and processing enrolment applications from candidates seeking qualifications through RICS.
This role is critical in ensuring that only applicants who meet the required eligibility criteria are admitted to the register. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering a high standard of service to candidates, trainees and stakeholders.
This is a Hybrid role based in Dubai, with 60% of your time spent in the office and 40% remote.
You will:
• Review enrolment applications against established eligibility criteria, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all application data and supporting documentation is complete, accurate and compliant with GDPR and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold the integrity of enrolment systems and processes.
• Take ownership of designated enrolment activities, developing specialist knowledge and supporting colleagues through knowledge sharing and guidance.
• Respond to enquiries from candidates, trainees, members and internal stakeholders in a timely, professional and customer-faced manner.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities, supporting policy updates, process reviews and enhancements to ways of working.
• Provide flexible support across the wider Enrolment & Registration team when required.
