We're looking for the first Enterprise Account Executive based in Argentina to help build the market from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Own the entire enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Build and develop a high-quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
• Identify customer challenges and position an innovative AI SaaS platform as a strategic business solution.
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across multiple stakeholders.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations with enterprise customers.
• Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership teams.
• Consistently exceed revenue and pipeline targets.
• Become the market expert by understanding customer needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.

We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Enterprise Technology.
• Proven success selling into enterprise accounts with large ACV deals.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Highly entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a territory from scratch.
• Comfortable thriving in fast-moving, high-growth startup environments.
• Fluent (Native) English and Spanish.
