About The Role We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our expanding Enterprise East team. In this role, you'll own a book of enterprise accounts with full accountability for expansion, retention, and deepening monday.com's strategic footprint across each organization. In this role, you're not just managing accounts, you're growing them. The compensation for this role is structured as approximately 60% base salary and 40% variable on-target earnings (OTE). The base salary range for this position is: $121,200–$192,000, with OTE potential of $202,000–$320,000. OTE earnings are tied to individual performance pursuant to company policy.
