If yes, keep reading! Sofigate is growing fast and we’re now looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our team of 800 business technology transformation professionals. As an Enterprise Architect , you will advise and consult both private and public customers in Enterprise Architecture related matters and participate in Enterprise Architecture practice and service development. You may be fully allocated to a single client, or balance several parallel assignments, depending on the customer needs. You will be able to develop yourself in all Enterprise Architecture domains and utilize AI and Sofigate best practices in your assignments, including Business Technology Standard ( BTS ) and related BTS AI Agents. What we expect from you: A solid background in Enterprise Architecture (typically 8+ years of relevant experience as a consultant or in-house architect). Your main areas of interest and experience may be in any architecture domains; business, data, application, integration, or technology architecture. Knowledge in Enterprise Architecture frameworks and modelling experience with an Enterprise Architecture tool Dynamic and visionary approach to Enterprise Architecture in adapting the frameworks to practice and developing new means of managing Enterprise Architecture in customer assignments Strong understanding of business-technology alignment Excellent communication and presentation skills – you are comfortable leading workshops, presenting from specialists to CXO-level audiences, and defending your insights Fluency in both Finnish and English Additional experience we value: Experience in Enterprise Design, Business Design, or Capability planning Consulting experience in challenging customer assignments Versatile career experience in other positions than Enterprise Architecture to support your broad and strategic business understanding What’s in it for you: As a Sofigator, you get the opportunity to take ownership of your work and grow your career in meaningful customer transformations.
