Job Summary
We are seeking a
Creative Technologist to join our team at the intersection of creative strategy, brand execution, and emerging AI technology.
This is a highly hands-on, enterprise-level, and client-facing role operating in an embedded lab environment alongside creative, brand, studio, and vendor teams. The Creative Technologist will lead the implementation, configuration, testing, and governance of AI-powered creative workflows and automation.
The role requires someone who can translate complex business and creative requirements into
scalable, testable GenAI workflows, configure AI agents and pipelines, and work directly with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Translate creative and business team requests into scoped, testable GenAI workflow builds with clearly defined requirements and success criteria.
- Build, configure, test, and maintain GenAI workflows, feeds, agents, and automation pipelines for assigned categories and use cases.
- Configure prompts, model settings, workflow logic, and agent behaviors across multiple GenAI models.
- Design and maintain node-based workflows using visual logic builders and similar technologies.
- Document workflow builds, configurations, testing results, and learnings.
- Contribute to shared playbooks, documentation, and knowledge transfer across creative technology teams.
- Plan and execute structured testing across new categories and use cases against defined test plans, acceptance criteria, and KPIs.
- Build and maintain design system components, templates, and modular creative assets within GenAI workflows.
- Configure quality-control, validation, and scoring mechanisms for generated outputs in alignment with established governance standards.
- Monitor and optimize workflow efficiency, including model usage, credit/token consumption, output quality, and production performance.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder alignment workshops to understand business needs and translate them into technical workflow requirements.
- Partner closely with creative, marketing, brand, studio, and technology stakeholders throughout the workflow lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, consistency, and creative production efficiency.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience building, configuring, or operating enterprise GenAI workflows, pipelines, agents, or automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with node-based, graph-based workflow editors, or visual logic builders, such as ComfyUI, n8n, Figma Weave, or similar tools.
- Experience configuring GenAI prompts, workflows, agents, and model selection across multiple GenAI models.
- Proven ability to translate business and creative requirements into structured, testable workflows with defined success criteria.
- Experience evaluating and optimizing AI-generated outputs against defined quality standards, acceptance criteria, or KPIs.
- Proven experience operating in a client-facing or senior stakeholder-facing role within an enterprise, corporate environment, agency, or consultancy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience facilitating discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and stakeholder alignment workshops.
- Strong understanding of the creative and marketing production lifecycle, including creative briefs, asset production, review and approval processes, brand asset management, modular design systems, and content component production.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, brand, studio, production, and technology teams.
- Experience working with AI in an enterprise or professional environment; candidates whose AI experience is strictly limited to personal, side-project, academic, or hobbyist use will not be considered.
- Based in Latin America (LATAM) with availability to work remotely.
- Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours aligned with US Central Time (CT).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop.
- Experience with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Experience with enterprise work management and creative operations platforms such as Adobe Workfront.
- Exposure to 3D asset pipelines, spatial design, CGI, or other emerging creative technologies that interface with GenAI workflows.
- Familiarity with data visualization, analytics dashboards, or performance tracking systems.
- Experience measuring workflow efficiency, credit/token consumption, output acceptance, or other AI production KPIs.
- Previous experience with Pencil.ai or similar AI-powered creative automation platforms.
