The selected consultant will partner with business leaders, architects, product teams, and engineering organizations to establish enterprise-wide data standards, governance, data models, and cloud-based data architecture while enabling secure, scalable, and reusable information assets across agencies. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Information Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture 8+ years of hands-on experience in: Data Architecture Data Engineering Advanced Database Design Data Modeling Data Warehouse / Data Mart Design Master Data Management (MDM) 5+ years of experience with: Snowflake Databricks MongoDB Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience designing enterprise information architecture Experience developing conceptual and logical data models Experience with: Data Governance Metadata Management Data Lineage Data Catalog Data Quality Data Security Privacy & Regulatory Compliance Experience supporting enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives Experience defining reusable enterprise data products Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Skills Public Sector, Healthcare, or Financial Services experience Experience as: Principal Architect Enterprise Information Architect Enterprise Architect Solution Architect Experience supporting AI initiatives Knowledge of: Semantic Layers Knowledge Graphs API-First Architecture Natural Language Data Access Technical Environment Snowflake Databricks MongoDB AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Data Warehousing Master Data Management (MDM) Enterprise Architecture Data Governance Data Catalog Data Lineage Metadata Management Data Quality Cloud Architecture Important Notes Hybrid Position – 1 day onsite weekly in Harrisburg, PA Final interview will be In Person Experience with enterprise modernization and large-scale data architecture initiatives is highly preferred.
