Job Description エンタープライズ・プログラム・コーディネーター（EPC）は、当社が提供するエンタープライズソリューションをお客様に対して円滑かつ高品質に提供するための中核的なポジションです。 担当するプログラム／プロジェクトにおいて、お客様にとっての日常的な一次窓口として機能し、安定した運営と一貫性のある顧客体験の提供、ならびにオペレーショナルエクセレンスの実現を担います。 ラボ資産運営業務の拡大に伴い、お客様からの問い合わせ対応および修理・点検依頼に関するデータ入力業務を安定的に運用するため、専任で対応いただける方を募集します。 【主な役割・責任】 担当顧客における、プログラム運営全般の日常的な窓口対応 定期点検・保守作業などの計画済みサービスおよび、 トラブル対応等の突発的・非定型サービスの調整・コーディネーション 社内関係部署および外部パートナー（ベンダー等）と連携し、 顧客からの問い合わせや依頼を適切な窓口へつなぎ、迅速かつ確実な対応を推進 クロスファンクショナルなチームと協働し、 顧客課題の整理、解決策の検討、日常業務への実装をリード 担当プログラム／プロジェクトにおける運営品質の維持・改善 Qualifications ・社内外とのメールでのコミュニケーション経験 ・複数の案件や情報を整理しながら業務を進められる方 ・ Outlook 、 Teams、Excel （入力、簡単な関数レベル）等のOAスキルある方 ・業務内容や状況の変化に柔軟に対応できる方 ・正確性、ルール遵守を重視できる方 ・周囲と協調しながら業務を進められる方 Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
