Company Overview
HopDrive is building the enterprise-ready mobility platform for the automotive industry. Our platform supports use cases such as service concierge, remote test drives, shuttle services, consumer-paid vehicle moves, and more. HopDrive is deeply committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that welcomes people from all backgrounds. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to dream big—and we invite you to dream big with us.
Job Description
HopDrive is looking for an Enterprise Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs for our largest customers and strategic partners.
This person will manage initiatives such as technical onboarding, enterprise integrations, OEM pilots, multi-location deployments, and strategic growth programs. You will work directly with customers to understand their business needs, develop an actionable solution, and coordinate the people, technology, and operational resources required to deliver it.
You will partner closely with the VP, Enterprise Programs, Client Success, Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations. The ideal candidate can move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed project execution, bringing structure, accountability, and clear communication to complex initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead complex enterprise programs from discovery and planning through implementation, launch, evaluation, and expansion.
- Manage technical onboarding and implementation, including requirements gathering, workflow mapping, integration planning, testing, training, and go-live coordination.
- Lead pilots and strategic growth initiatives with OEMs, large dealer groups, technology partners, and other enterprise customers.
- Work with customers to define business objectives, success criteria, implementation plans, and long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Translate customer needs into clear business, product, operational, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, risks, and decisions are clearly documented.
- Partner with Client Success and Sales to identify opportunities to expand successful programs into additional locations, use cases, products, or services.
- Communicate program progress, risks, decisions, and results to customer executives, internal leadership, and project stakeholders.
- Use adoption, operational, financial, and customer-experience data to evaluate program performance and recommend improvements.
- Develop repeatable playbooks, templates, and implementation processes that allow HopDrive to launch and scale enterprise programs more effectively.
What Success Looks Like
- Enterprise implementations, pilots, and integrations launch with clear ownership, strong communication, and measurable outcomes.
- Customers view you as a credible strategic advisor who understands both their business and the HopDrive platform.
- Risks, dependencies, and obstacles are identified and addressed before they disrupt the program.
- Successful pilots develop into scalable, long-term customer programs.
- Strategic plans lead to increased adoption, operational value, account expansion, and revenue growth.
- Internal teams have the context, documentation, and direction needed to execute effectively.

- At least five years of experience in program management, enterprise implementation, technical account management, consulting, client success, or a related role.

- Experience with B2B SaaS onboarding, software implementations, systems integrations, enterprise pilots, or multi-location deployments.
- Strong project-management skills, including scope development, timeline management, risk identification, stakeholder coordination, and disciplined follow-through.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strong executive communication and client-facing presentation skills.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Ability to use data to evaluate performance, guide decisions, and demonstrate customer value.
