Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Day to Day For the most part, SDR’s remain the same, Cold Calling, Emailing, Prospecting, LinkedIn - We believe the difference is in the margins, while being consistent and organized are major pluses creativity is essential for an early stage company. Some of our recent initiatives include delivering bagels to local prospects in person, going to trade shows and conferences, sending champagne to new job starters, and soon we will be sending cameo’s to prospects — All of these were SDR driven and you have the same chance to make an impact in this way. Challenges It’s not all roses though, we understand that. We are in a challenging environment, one where AI is EVERYWHERE and we are trying to do one of the toughest things you can do in sales - break into the US market. This job isn’t for the faint of heart but if you can be successful in a bootstrapped startup your value increases dramatically for the future.
