Our client is Ireland's leading mobile messaging platform, handling over 500 million messages annually across 500+ enterprise clients. To capitalise on the exponential growth of conversational commerce and customer service automation, they are expanding their dedicated WhatsApp Business Platform team.

The Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle for their high-growth WhatsApp line of business. This is a pure net-new business hunter role, responsible for opening doors, mapping enterprise accounts, and closing deals across Ireland's top e-commerce, retail, financial services, travel, and logistics brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close net-new enterprise accounts across Ireland.
• Deliver consultative, value-led sales presentations to C-Suite, Heads of Marketing, and Customer Experience (CX) leaders.
• Articulate complex use cases including WhatsApp Marketing Automation, Conversational Commerce, and CX deflection workflows.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly ARR targets.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Proven B2B sales track record in Enterprise SaaS, CPaaS, SMS/Messaging APIs, or Marketing Technology (MarTech).
• Pipeline Generation: Highly proactive self-prospector who thrives in a net-new hunter capacity.
• Consultative Execution: Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (€15k–€50k+ contract values).
• Location: Must be based in Ireland with working rights.
