About The Role

What Will You Do? 🦾

As a true Entrepreneur In Residence with a founder’s DNA, you’ll be responsible for ideating, validating, and driving new products to success — like running your own startup, but with the power of an established growth engine behind you.

Your Missions

• Spot opportunities & validate ideas through research, interviews, and fast MVPs.
• Run lean experiments with landing pages, prototypes, and no-code tools.
• Lead cross-functional squads (Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales) like an internal startup.
• Own go-to-market & early adoption, from positioning to first deals.
• Track KPIs & pivot fast, turning insights into growth.
• Drive end-to-end execution, taking products from 0 to MVP to initial traction.
  
  

What We’re Looking For 👀

• Sales & GTM Skills – You can sell even an MVP: cold calls, demos, closing deals, and writing copy that converts. HubSpot/Salesforce pro with a growth hacking mindset.
• Product Execution – Experienced in problem validation, rapid MVP building (incl. no-code), clear roadmaps, and data-driven decisions.
• Track Record – 3+ years in startups or scale-ups, 2–3 years in GTM-heavy or founder-like roles, proven success taking products from 0 to 1.
• Bonus – Background in Hospitality Tech, HR Tech, or Fintech.
• Languages – Fluent English + Professional Italian.

• We offer competitive compensation and the opportunity to participate in the company’s long-term growth through equity access. Early-career professionals typically join with an annual OTE starting from €25,000 across Europe, while candidates with significant relevant experience may receive compensation of up to €65,000, depending on their expertise, scope of responsibilities, and expected impact - plus the opportunity to receive equity, aligning your success with the long-term growth of the company. Our compensation philosophy is designed to reward growth, ownership, and meaningful contributions. As you develop your skills and increase your impact within the company, your compensation can progress rapidly to reflect your achievements and responsibilities. For exceptional candidates demonstrating outstanding potential or experience, we may consider offers beyond the standard compensation ranges.
