About ActAI There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks, calendar and they're not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications for anyone in the world, who are not used to complex prompting. We aim to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal prompting. Our product focuses on achieving high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task completion. We believe products will greatly reduce hallucinations Our objective is to organise anyone's life, allowing us all to spend time on valuable and meaningful things About the Role We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to help achieve our mission. You will work directly with founders and senior leaders on high-priority initiatives across hiring, market expansion, partnerships, operations, and growth. This role is for highly capable generalists who enjoy solving problems, moving quickly, and taking ownership. We are looking for people who can turn ideas into execution and create meaningful impact from day one. What You Will Be Doing Drive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion. Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners. Support new market launches and expansion initiatives. Help identify opportunities and solve operational challenges. Represent ActAI at events, communities, and external engagements. Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives. Take ownership of projects from concept through execution. What You Will Need Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to operate independently with limited structure. Strong execution skills and bias toward action. High ownership and willingness to take on unfamiliar challenges.
