Entry Level Brokerage Ops (Max $20/hr W2)

Finance Hybrid: 3 days per week in office *** BACHELOR'S STRONGLY PREFERRED Primary Responsibilities: -Communication with brokers, internal and external clients. -Process margin files and ensure all margin calls are met by EOD. -Ensure successful and timely margining process for all Derivatives related Trades. -Mitigate daily risk by connecting with clients to request their margin and settlement intentions and monitoring aging margin fails to ensure regulatory compliance. -Resolution of breaks. Qualifications: -Entry level role -Experience in either operations, client relationship management or process improvement -Excellent communication skills with peers and stakeholders -Must have ability to work under a deadline-driven environment and prioritize accordingly -Be able to think like an Owner -Proven ability to build credibility and strong relationships -Must have strong problem solving skills and attention to detail All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
