Meet service and response-time expectations while continuing to learn and grow. What We're Looking For Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is an asset. Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required . Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software applications. Willingness to learn new systems and processes. Personal Qualities Friendly, professional, and dependable. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
