Entry Level - Customer Service (Work From Home)

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and providing a positive client experience. As a Benefits Representative, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide information about available benefit options, answer coverage questions, and assist them throughout the process. This is a remote position with training and ongoing support provided. What You'll Be Doing Connect with clients to discuss their needs and available options Provide clear information about products, services, and coverage Respond to client questions and provide ongoing assistance Review existing benefit information with clients Help identify solutions based on individual circumstances Maintain strong and professional client relationships Keep up to date with changes to products, programs, and services Complete follow-ups and maintain organized client records Work alongside team members and leadership to achieve individual and team goals Who We're Looking For We are interested in individuals who are motivated to learn and comfortable working in a client-focused environment.
