Role Description The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU04/26) will deliver live, online English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels in a remote, full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting engaging lessons, using digital platforms and tools to teach core language skills such as speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The tutor will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt lesson plans to meet individual learning needs and goals. Additional tasks may involve maintaining accurate lesson records, participating in training or mentoring sessions, and collaborating with the eTEFL Training & Recruitment team to ensure a positive learning experience for all students.

Qualifications

• Reliable internet connection, suitable computer equipment, and familiarity with common online teaching tools (video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and learning management systems).
