Role Description The Entry-Level ESOL Online Tutor (Ref: EDU14/26) is a full-time remote role focused on delivering engaging online English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting live virtual classes, using online platforms and digital resources to teach English language skills such as speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The tutor will assess learners’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt lesson plans to meet individual learning goals and cultural backgrounds. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance, communicating with learners or guardians as needed, and participating in ongoing training or team meetings to improve teaching practice and stay informed about best methodologies in ESOL instruction.
