The Entry-Level IT Opportunities (Talent Pipeline) role prepares candidates for future positions supporting federal IT contracts. The role focuses on building skills and experience in IT support, risk management, data management, analysis, and software testing, contributing to the delivery of essential services to veterans. This pipeline enables the organization to connect qualified candidates with upcoming contract opportunities.

3. Responsibilities:

• Provide help desk and technical support to end users

• Support information assurance, risk management, and cybersecurity compliance activities

• Assist with data entry, quality reviews, reporting, and analytics

• Support project coordination, management, and business process improvements

• Assist with software testing, documenting results, and identifying defects

4. Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer skills

• Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly

• Problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team

• Ability to obtain and maintain required government background investigations or clearances

• Preferred: Associate''s or Bachelor''s degree in IT-related field, military or government support experience, prior customer service or technical support experience
