Entry-Level Media Buyer (Meta Ads)

About the Role

We’re looking for an entry-level Media Buyer who can help launch and manage Meta campaigns with accuracy, speed, and a data-minded approach. You’ll handle the day-to-day setup, monitoring, and light optimization of campaigns while supporting the media team with performance insights. Perfect for someone detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and excited to grow in paid media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns following existing playbooks and naming conventions
• Interpret campaign data and share clear insights.
• Perform light optimizations (budget adjustments, pausing, testing variations)
• QA all ads before launch (targeting, URLs, tracking, creative formatting)
• Maintain organized dashboards, reports, and weekly performance summaries
• Support creative testing and feed the team with learnings
• Communicate issues, red flags, or unusual trends to senior buyers
• Stay updated with Meta best practices, policies, and changes

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in Meta advertising or digital marketing.
• Comfortable reading and analyzing numbers
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of ad metrics and performance signals
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn fast
• Ability to follow SOPs and work within structured systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with GoHighLevel, Slack, Google Sheets, or any reporting tools.
• Interest in performance marketing, paid social, or funnel optimization.
