Your Role Contact p Conduct insurance consultations by phone or video conference. Gather information about each client’s needs and financial priorities. Present insurance solutions clearly and transparently. Help clients make informed coverage decisions. Follow up with prospects and maintain organized client records. Participate in ongoing insurance and sales training. Work independently while remaining connected to a virtual team. No Traditional Prospecting This position does not involve: Door-to-door selling Traditional cold calling Requirements Available to work full-time. Willing to obtain the appropriate state insurance license. Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Professional, honest, and client-focused. Able to manage time without constant supervision. Comfortable working in a commission-only position. Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process.
