What You'll Do
As a
Remote Client Representative
, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options.
Client Service Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Explain products and services clearly and professionally
Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up communication
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Professional Development
Participate in structured virtual training and mentorship
Strengthen communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
