The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the team, the Associate provides day‑to‑day operational support for DTCC
environment management activities
, handling incidents, service requests, and standard environment operations under defined procedures.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Provide
L1/L2 support
for DEV/QA/QAP environments
Handle
service requests
(access, restarts, data refresh, batch monitoring)
Execute
runbook‑based activities
and health checks
Monitor alerts and dashboards and escalate issues as needed
Support application teams during testing and deployments
Participate in KT, shadowing, and hands‑on enablement
Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation
Work in shifts, including weekends or extended hours
Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of experience in Infrastructure or Environment Support.
Understanding of incident, problem, and request management processes.
Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn middleware, monitoring, and automation technologies.
Talents Needed for Success:
Linux/Unix: Server administration, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
WebSphere: Application deployment and server support.
Tomcat: Application hosting, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Shell Scripting: Basic automation and task execution.
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
