Overview Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm in all 50 States, has immediate openings in its Northern California offices for multiple Environmental & Toxic Tort Attorneys/Senior Counsel with anywhere from zero to 15 years of substantive experience. While anyone with strong experience in litigation should apply, the ideal candidates will have 2 to 8 years of substantive litigation experience (including taking depositions and/or arguing motions in court) in one or more of the following subject areas: CERCLA; RCRA; silica; talc & asbestos; nuisance & trespass; complex litigation; tort and products liability; general environmental and toxic tort. Candidates must be team players with strong academic credentials and be self-starters who feel ready to handle cases with limited supervision. Candidates must be licensed in California. Our current national base salary ranges are: Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000; Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
