Epic Analyst II (Support & Training) - Vytal Health Partners (VHP)

Your Opportunity We are seeking an Epic Security Analyst who will maintain secure, compliant, and efficient access to Epic applications across the organization. This role supports clinical and operational workflows by managing user access, role-based security, audit readiness, and identity lifecycle processes while partnering with IT, HR, and Compliance teams. What you will do Manage Epic user access, roles, templates, and security classes Provisioning, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in accordance with policies Support audits related to HIPAA and internal controls Partnering with HR, Compliance, and IT Security on identity lifecycle processes Troubleshooting access issues impacting clinical and operational workflows Supporting Epic upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures What will make you successful here Bachelor’s degree in information systems, healthcare IT, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Experience supporting Epic security, access management, or healthcare application administration Knowledge of HIPAA, access controls, audit processes, and internal compliance standards Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments Epic certification or proficiency in relevant Epic security modules preferred Perks/Benefits Competitive base compensation Health benefits Please note at no time during our screening, interview, or selection process do we ask for additional personal information (beyond your resume) or account/financial information.
