Description https://www.ardaninc.com/california-employee-and-job-application-privacy-notice/ Position Summary: This position is responsible for maintaining an active Escrow License and ensuring compliance with Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) regulations. Duties include reviewing commitments, T-64 affidavits, policies, deposits, and disbursements for accuracy and signature authorization; initiating wire transfers and printing checks; and ensuring timely delivery of executed documents. The role also serves as a key compliance resource by monitoring and communicating audit-related correspondence to legal and management teams, assisting with quarterly TTIGA payment processing as needed, and supporting other regulatory and operational requirements to maintain compliance with Texas title insurance standards Roles and responsibilities: Maintain Escrow License Complete Action to denote Review commitment for signature affixation and delivery Complete Action to denote Review T-64 for signature affixation Complete Action to denote incoming deposits for Texas files in System Complete Action to denote Review disbursements to initiate wires and print checks Complete Action to denote Review policy for signature affixation and delivery Notify legal and management team via email or Teams of any communication received regarding audits Assist, if necessary, in processing Quarterly TTIGA payments Potential other matters required to be compliant with TDI regulations Qualifications and Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Baccalaureate degree preferred 5+ years’ experience in the closing and/or funding department with title or escrow company required Work under general supervision Strong customer service skills required National purchase and refinance experience preferred Experience utilizing ResWare or similar software preferred TX Escrow License and on-site Management training completion preferred Preferred Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present issues, ideas and recommendations in verbal, written and presentation formats Highly motivated, inquisitive, self-started with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to high volume and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Physical Demands: This is primarily a sedentary office position, which requires the employee to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
