Core Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Veritas NetBackup/Backup Exec platforms. Address critical Level 3 incidents, execute recoveries and DRP, perform RCA, implement improvements, upgrades, and migrations, and manage escalations with the manufacturer.
Requirements
Experience with Veritas NetBackup and Backup Exec, NetBackup Appliances, MSDP, AIR, Windows, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, Oracle RMAN, SQL Server, SAP HANA, SAN/NAS, Fibre Channel, Azure, AWS, GCP, advanced troubleshooting, and disaster recovery. Desired certifications include Veritas NetBackup Administration, Veritas Certified Specialist (VCS), Azure, AWS, VMware, or Linux certifications.
