We are seeking an experienced Estimator specializing in electrical estimates and takeoffs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using PlanSwift software to perform accurate quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and prepare detailed electrical project estimates. This remote role requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills to work closely with project managers and clients. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed electrical quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift. Prepare accurate and comprehensive electrical estimates including materials, labor, and equipment costs. Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimate accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized records of estimates and related documents. Update estimates as project changes occur and assist in bid preparation. Proven experience in electrical estimating and takeoffs. Proficiency in PlanSwift software. Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. work-from-home 9AM to 5PM EST
