ET Senior Coupa Administrator

JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is looking for an ET Senior Coupa Administrator to provide functional and technical expertise across Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) with strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payables and P2P integrations. This role is responsible for administering and optimizing Coupa to ensure efficient, compliant end-to-end processes by partnering closely with Procurement and Finance AP.

Please note: You must have 4+ years of ET functional and technical knowledge of the Coupa P2P platform to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, configure, and optimize the Coupa platform to support business requirements and operational efficiency.
• Ensure end-to-end P2P processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant with internal policies.
• Partner closely with Procurement and Finance AP teams to align system functionality with business needs.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support quarterly releases, system enhancements, and ongoing process improvements.
• Validate and maintain P2P integrations, specifically those interfacing with Oracle Fusion Payables.
• Operate within a SOX-controlled environment, ensuring all system changes and workflows meet audit and security standards.

EXPERIENCE

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the Coupa P2P platform.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Payables and experience managing integrations between Coupa and Oracle.
• Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Experience managing quarterly software releases, including testing and impact analysis.
• Previous experience working in a SOX-controlled environment with a focus on audit-ready documentation and controls.
• Proven ability to work effectively with Procurement and Finance stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills to optimize complex data flows and business rules.
• High level of accuracy required for maintaining financial systems and compliance standards.
• Ability to translate technical system requirements into clear business processes for non-technical users.
• Have solid written and verbal English skills.
• Initiative and drive to do great things.
